We have a wholesale platform for retail stores only. After your wholesale account has been approved, you can place your order. Here are a few details to keep in mind:
1) Orders and Minimum Order Value (MoV): You can place your order by creating a wholesale account at www.nineh.shop or simply email us at nehmat@nineh.shop. For the first order, we require a minimum order value of $400. Subsequent orders have a minimum of $250.
2) Pricing: Our retail prices are set at double the wholesale price, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.
3) Delivery and Timeline: Since many of our products are made-to-order, please allow 4-8 weeks for dispatch
(depending on the product and craft associated). For in-stock items, we aim to ship within 7 days. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order.
4) Payments: We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-transfer, and PayPal. For the first order, we require full payment upfront. For larger orders, we’re happy to arrange partial payments.
5) Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns only for damaged items. If this happens, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out via email or call us at +1(289)-889-2956, and we’ll work to find a solution.
6) Custom Orders: We’re open to custom orders with minimal quantities. Drop us an email to discuss your needs!
