As most of our products are made on order, please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on orders. However, we do provide size exchanges for garments, within 7 days of product delivery. We encourage you to reach out to us before making a purchase if you have any concerns about sizing to avoid confusion.

In the rare event of receiving a defective product or if there's a fulfillment error on our part, we will promptly exchange the item for you or issue store credit. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

However, we do understand that there could be an instance where you are unhappy with your purchase. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@nineh.shop so that we can find an amicable solution.

For size exchanges, you will need to send the package back to our head office in Toronto, ON.
