Our wholesale platform serves retail stores and design professionals. After your wholesale account has been approved, you can either login and place your order at www.nineh.shop or simply send us your order at nehmat@nineh.shop.

 Here are a few other details to keep in mind:

1) Orders and Minimum Order Value (MoV): For the opening order, we require a minimum order value of $700. Subsequent orders have a lower minimum of $500.

2) Delivery and Timeline: Since many of our products are made-to-order, please allow 4-8 weeks for dispatch. For US and Canada, prices are inclusive of custom duties. Domestic shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order.

3) Payments: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and wire transfers. For the first order, we require full payment upfront. For larger orders, we're happy to arrange partial payments.

4) Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns only for damaged items. If this happens, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out via email or call us at +1(289)-889-2956, and we’ll work to find a solution.
