Since most of our products are made-on-order and undergo a unique artisanal journey, please allow 10-15 days for order processing and shipping.


Tracking details will be provided to the customer via e-mail once the order has been shipped. You can also reach out to us at hello@nineh.shop incase of any tracking related queries.


We offer free shipping on eligible orders. For others, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

All US and Canada orders are currently fulfilled from our head office located in Toronto, Canada. International orders can be fulfilled from either Canada or India, depending on proximities. Custom duties may apply.
